The Condition of Use statement applies to the use of this
Acoustitherapy website. Please read thoroughly, if you do not agree with the
statements herein, do not use this website. If you do access the
website, and / or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these
statements set forth below. |

- How to
Order: All orders can be placed online
through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details
to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of
your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.

- Method of Payment: You
can pay either by VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Amex. It is imperative
that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on
the card. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be
prosecuted in all cases.

- Out-of-Stock:
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you
shall be contacted via your e-mail address, within 1 to 3 business days.

- Allow approximately 7 to 14 days for all out of stock items to ship, if available.
|
- Out of stock items may not be displayed as such on our website.
|
- Backordered items will be shipped via the shipping method selected on your order - partial orders may be held until completely filled before shipped.

- Pricing Policy: All products on
Acoustitherapy are priced in US dollars,
unless specified otherwise. If the website currencies
selector is use, Acoustitherapy is in no way
responsible for exchange rate accuracy or any additional
banking fees if so charged on your final credit card or
banking statement. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

- Volume Discounts: Please email us at: sales@acoustitherapy.com with your request and a sales
representative will contact you with the details.

- Backorders: We carry a limit selection of products, therefore, there may be times when demand is greater than supply or we are introducing a new product line and do not yet have a feel for inventory requirements.
|
- If an order has an item that is not in inventory then the order will be held until the item is received or one week, whichever is shorter. At that time the order will be sent and a new invoice may be created for the backordered items.

- Complaints: We aim
to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible.
In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to

, or mailed to the Complaints Dept., C/O: Acoustitherapy, PO Box 3524, Evergreen CO 80437. We aim to
acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within
7 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible
thereafter.
